Everything ships from Nara, Japan. Most countries are served by Japan Post; orders to the United States go by an express courier (DHL or FedEx) with duties and taxes paid in advance. Shipping is free in every price.

Very light items go as small packets. Heavy or large items can only go by EMS, and then EMS is the free service. Times are estimates, not promises.
Dispatch
We ship within 1 to 3 business days after payment clears. Japan’s national holidays and the New Year break can add a few days.
Tracking
We email a tracking number when your parcel leaves Japan. You can follow it on the tracking page of the carrier that carries your parcel (Japan Post, DHL or FedEx).
Delays
Customs checks, airline schedule cuts and local delivery can slow a parcel. If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, write to info@hiruandon.biz and we will ask the carrier to trace it.
If delivery fails
Parcels that cannot be delivered are sent back to Japan. If it was a wrong or incomplete address, we can send it again once you pay the new shipping. If the address was ours to check and we got it wrong, we send it again free.
Several items
We pack your order in one parcel when it fits. Otherwise we send it in more than one and each gets its own tracking number.
