Her condescending gaze gives off a sense of her irreverent personality and mysterious aura. The voluminous skirt that flutters around is sculpted with soft lines. Combined with the key item, the penguin hat, it creates a distinctive silhouette and dramatic visuals. A penguin minifigure is also included. It can also be used as an auxiliary stand for the main body skirt.
