Eligibility
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Perishable goods, custom-made items, and personal care products cannot be returned.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at our contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- We will review your request and provide return shipping instructions within 3 business days.
- Ship the item back to our facility in Japan using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
