Molding color: Black/Brown Description British army submachine gun, commonly known as “Sterling SMG”. Developed during World War II, it was adopted in 1953 as a close combat weapon to complement the main rifle L1A1 (FAL). The style with the magazine protruding from the side of the tubular body is reminiscent of its predecessor, the Sten SMG, but some of the Sten production equipment could actually be used. Various derivatives of the Stirling SMG were born due to its capabilities, but the Mk5 type adopted under the name L34A1 is the most unusual model with a built-in silencer. It was used by British and Australian SAS units for covert missions. Another “Wellrod Pistol” is a special firearm created by Station IV, a research organization with the secret name of the “Inter-Service Investigation Bureau” in England during World War II. It was designed to be extremely effective at silencing, with parts replaced every 15 shots to ensure silencing performance, and a bolt-action operating system. This kit is a set of these two types of special warfare firearms. L34 has a stock expansion/storage option. The wood parts are reproduced with a different molding color. The bolt can be opened or closed.
